The currency of Fiji is the Fijian dollar. Fiji's economy is very good because the Fijian dollar is 0.51 cents of an American dollar, therefore, there are many tourists who visit the country because of its vast beauty and is such a good value. Also, there is a very low crime rate which makes tourists feel safe.
The culture of Fiji ethnicity is Fijian, Indian, European, and Chinese.
The primary religions are Islam, Hinduism, and Catholicism. Because there are so many diverse tourists who visit there are many places for them to worship. But, many of the beliefs of native Fijians that have had Fijian ancestors follow the animism and universality. Many of the different customs in Fiji are past down through the generations.

All the food in Fiji usually consists of vegetables, fruits, and the most common is fish. Fiji is an island, therefore, its major food source is from the water. One of the main types of delicacies is a drink known as Kava, which is named "yoqona," by locals. It consists of peppery spices from the pepper plant and tastes "earthly" or very healthy.
When the weather outside is very warm and tropical, typhoons form. Typhoons are the same thing as a hurricane but in the Pacific Ocean. When typhoons hit, they cause a lot of issues, such as loss of electricity, flooding, and sometimes death. Tourism is low during typhoon season, therefore, the economy loses money.
